1. Right click on the icon and choose "save target as" to download the file.

2. Once the file is downloaded, extract and rename the file extension to .mcl

3. Locate the folder: D:\Methods\MassControlLists on your MALDI-ToF computer (for Bruker Instruments)

4. Place the downloaded and renamed file in the folder.

5. The new reference list should now appear in your MALDI-ToF software under the calibration tag.

6. The new reference peaks are ready to be used together with your purchased SpheriCal calibrants.
