Last day of trading in Polymer Factory Sweden AB’s (”Polymer Factory” or the ”Company”) warrants of series TO 1 is 15 March 2022. Each (1) warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Polymer Factory. Last day to exercise the warrants of series TO 1 and subscribe for shares is 17 March 2022. Note that the banks/nominees need to be notified well in advance before the exercise period ends.
Each (1) warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Polymer Factory at a price of SEK 9.10 per share. Warrants of series TO 1 that have not been exercised by 17 March 2022 or sold by 15 March 2022 will expire and therefore be worthless. Holders of warrants of series TO 1 need to act and instruct their respective bank/nominee in due time before the last day in the exercise period. Note that the banks/nominees need to be notified well in advance before the exercise period ends.
