Product Description:

SpheriCal® is a dendrimer-based MALDI calibration kit providing 4 monodisperse mass signals per kit for efficient, highly accurate calibration. By combining excellent long-term stability with evenly-spaced calibration points, SpheriCal helps users increase the frequency and quality of their MALDI-MS calibrations.  With a shelf life of years and each kit offering at least 100 calibrations, SpheriCal® offers a reliable and accurate calibration across a large mass range, without the shelf-life and storage issues associated with protein or peptide-based systems.

 

The SpheriCal® Medium Range Aqua Kit covers a calibration range of 1,000 - 11,000 m/z, and is ideal for calibration with aqueous solvent systems commonly used in life sciences, e.g., matrices DHB, HCCA and SA or solvents such as water and acetonitrile, although ionization is preferred with alkali cations. This kit contains,

 

- 1 x vial of SpheriCal Aqua Peptide Medium

- 1 x vial of SpheriCal Aqua Peptide High

- 1 x vial of SpheriCal Protein Low

 

SpheriCal® Aqua Neat is ideal for calibration with aqueous solvent systems commonly used in life sciences, e.g., matrices DHB, HCCA and SA or solvents such as water and acetonitrile, although ionization is preferred with alkali cations.
