SpheriCal® 10-Point is a dendrimer-based MALDI-TOF MS calibration kit providing 10 monodisperse mass signals per vial for efficient, highly accurate calibration across a large mass range. By combining excellent long-term stability with evenly-spaced calibration points, SpheriCal® helps users increase the frequency and quality of their MALDI-MS calibrations. With a shelf life of years and each kit offering at least 100 calibrations, SpheriCal® 10-Point offers a reliable and accurate calibration across a large mass range, without the shelf-life and storage issues associated with protein or peptide-based systems.
SpheriCal® 10-Point Neat is provided without any matrix or added cation source and, because the SpheriCal® calibration standards exhibit unusually broad solvent and matrix compatibility, this product can be used with a wide range of sample preparation conditions, though ionization is preferred with alkali cations. The mass range of SpheriCal® 10-Point is ideally suited to bacterial identification systems.
